Its private swimming pool with sunken beach and paddling pool is the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif with your feet in the water, while watching your little ones splash around. It's open from 01/06 to 30/09 (13x7m, depth 1.50 m + paddling pool 2x2m, depth 0.50 m) and protected by a submerged roller shutter. Ground equipped for petanque.

The covered terrace is equipped with an electric plancha, deckchairs and sun loungers.

The house is on the garden level, fully air-conditioned and well-equipped.

The living room comprises a kitchenette (oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, extractor fan, microwave, small appliances, pod coffee maker), a dining area with a large extendable table and 10 chairs, and a sitting area with a convertible corner sofa, flat-screen TV, wifi, fiber.
