The ClaireVin gîte is a detached, fully refurbished house with private swimming pool.

Situated on an unenclosed plot of land planted with olive trees and surrounded by vineyards, with a lovely view of Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, this house is ideal for lazing around. Its private swimming pool with underwater beach and paddling pool is ideal for enjoying an aperitif with your feet in the water, while watching your little ones splash around. It's open from 01/06 to 30/09 (13x7m, depth 1.50 m + paddling pool 2x2m, depth 0.50 m) and protected by a submerged roller shutter. The covered terrace is equipped with an electric plancha, deckchairs and sun loungers. The house is on garden level, fully air-conditioned and well-equipped.

The living room comprises a kitchenette (oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, extractor fan, microwave, small appliances, pod coffee maker), a dining area with a large extendable table and 10 chairs, and a sitting area with convertible corner sofa, flat-screen TV, wifi, fiber.

2 bedrooms (1 bed 180x200cm and 1 bed 160x200cm) each with private bathroom (large Italian shower), separate toilet with washbasin and laundry room with washing machine. Outside, there's a toilet and a solar-powered shower by the Piscine. Bed linen and towels are extra. End-of-stay cleaning included. Electricity and heating/air conditioning are extra (meter reading - 100 kwh included). Pets are not allowed. Le Palis is a locality located 6km north of Vaison-la-Romaine's city center, with many Hiking trails nearby. Electric vehicle charging station 4.6 km away (Super U).
