The house is on the first floor, adjoining the owners' home, with its own entrance.
Outside, a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, Weber gas barbecue and parasols overlooks an enclosed gravel courtyard with olive trees.
Relax on a deckchair, lulled by the gentle sounds of the surrounding countryside.

Inside, the entrance opens onto the bright, air-conditioned living room, where modernity and comfort meet.
