Direct access to the Piscine (7x3.50mx1.50 deep) shared with the owners, open from 01/06 to 30/09, fenced + electric roller shutter.
South-facing terrace of 50 m² (gravel), arbour, enclosed grounds of 300 m², enclosed parking. Garden furniture. Gas barbecue.

3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 of which are secured with barriers: (2 beds 160x200, 2 beds 90). Baby Equipment: high chair, playpen, bed, changing mat. Air-conditioned living room/kitchenette (color TV, DVD player, microwave, freezer, dishwasher). Laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board). Shower room, 2 WCs. Reversible air-conditioning.

You can hike to the Dentelles de Montmirail, Mt Ventoux, visit picturesque Provencal villages: Séguret, Sablet... for wine lovers, the wine cellars (Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Cairanne, Châteauneuf du Pape...) WAVE ISLAND Water Park and SPIROU Park in Monteux (20 km).
Orange: the Arc de Triomphe, the ancient Roman Theater where the Chorégies (a festival of opera and classical music) take place, as well as musical events, most of which are free.
Vaison-La-Romaine, famous for its Choralies (named "European Choral City"), its Roman remains and its Market, Carpentras and its Racetrack, and the sumptuous landscapes of the Lubéron National Park.
Avignon, where you can visit the Palais des Papes, the Pont Bénezet (commonly known as the Pont d'Avignon), the Festival d'Avignon (a famous Theater event) and much more!
The Holiday cottage is 20 km from La Drôme Provençale, 120 km from the Sea: Grau du Roi, Grande Motte, 50 km from the Ardèche Gorges, Arles 77km, the Pont du Gard, towards Nîmes (80km).
