If you love nature and animals, you've come to the right place!
Between City and Countryside, this Holiday cottage offers 1 peaceful setting where you'll appreciate its bucolic and green surroundings. It's set in 1 part of the owner's farmhouse, on 1 large, shared, unfenced plot, and features 1 friendly Bernese Mountain Dog "Thalys".
Sarrians is 1 historic village located between Avignon, Carpentras and Orange, close to many of the region's must-see sites. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts will love the Via Venaissia, which runs through the village.
This rental is not recommended for young Kids, as there are many streams in the garden and around the house.
Shaded by 1 century-old plane tree, the terrace offers a pleasant view over the communal garden planted with trees and flowers. 1 comfortable lounge with gas plancha and dining area is at your disposal.
The Provencal-style house, renovated and furnished with quality materials, is pleasant in all seasons. Surrounded by vegetation and flowers where bees come to forage, it keeps cool in summer.
Alarm-protected Holiday cottage with private activation if required.
First floor:
Open-plan kitchen with dining area, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, hob, extractor hood, pod coffee maker.
Living room with TV, Chesterfield sofa, armchairs, hi-fi system, pinball machine and board games.
Separate WC with shower. Laundry room (washing machine).
First floor:
2 bedrooms (2 beds 180X200) with possibility of separating them into 2 beds 90x200. Mosquito screens on windows.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, WC with hand shower, towel dryer, hairdryer.
Bed linen, towels and Heating included. End-of-stay cleaning extra.
The nearby Château de Tourreau organizes events that can sometimes be noisy (weddings, birthdays...).
Office space with adjustable height and wifi or RJ45 Internet connection.

Gîte de charme très confortable où rien ne manque .
Extérieur très agréable
Une douche à l’italienne serait un + ceci explique la note de 4 pour le confort . ( prévu bientôt à priori )Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui reste disponible en cas de besoin .
Présence discrète de thalis la chienne qui est très gentille .

Pétra Idéal
Beau mas provençal, idéal pour un séjour reposant dans un cadre verdoyant et fleuri.
Proche des sites à visiter, très pratique pour parcourir les beaux villages et villes comme Vaison la Romaine et Avignon.
Dorothée est très accueillante et disponible si besoin mais le gîte est bien fonctionnel et rien ne manque.

Mamet Merveilleux séjour
Un merveilleux séjour dans un lieu apaisant, un jardin accueillant avec ses chants d’oiseaux et une maison chaleureuse, reposante où l’on se sent bien.

Excellent. Un endroit magnifique répondant à nos attentes; le calme dont nous avions besoin. La maison spacieuse ou rien ne manque. Le moindre détail est pensé.Propreté, literie impeccable, une terrasse bien sympatique. Propriétaire à l'écoute. Que dire, sinon, sans hésitation nous y retournerons.

Solti47 Vacances bucoliques
Le logement est a la fois douillet, confortable, pratique et bien équipé. L'extérieur est formidable et invité a la détente. Là aussi tout est prévu : barbecue, plancha, chaises longues, tables, chaises, banquette, guirlande de lumière... Et clos pour les enfants.
Enfin la localisation est parfaite pour visiter le coin. A seulement 25 minutes d'Avignon d'un côté et de nombreux sites à visiter dans un rayon de 30 à 60 minutes de route. Des caves pour des dégustations partout autour, avec 1 très bonnes à 5 minutes.
Enfin Dorothée est accueillante +++ et disponible pour nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible.
