Karine and Thomas welcome you to their 150 m² Holiday cottage "Floréal", set in 2000 m² of enclosed parkland, 300 m from the village center.

A pleasant place to relax and enjoy outdoor activities.

The Holiday cottage is on the first floor of a detached family home, renovated in 2018 (new bathroom, paintings...). The 9 m² south-facing terrace is covered. The garden is ideal for relaxing or playing with the Kids. Garden furniture, gas barbecue and plancha.

Of course, the private heated and fenced swimming pool (6x3.5, depth 1.60, open from May to September) will be the place to be for fun and, above all, refreshing moments.

3 spacious bedrooms (3 beds 140x190, baby bed). Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Dining/living room (TV, fireplace). Laundry room in basement. Bathroom (bath and shower). 2 separate toilets.

Including: towels, sheets and oil-fired central heating. End-of-stay cleaning possible.

The owners have taken great care to bring this house up to date, combining the traditional with the modern. On arrival, you'll be offered a welcome basket of seasonal fruit and wine... a great way to start your vacation!

You'll be able to explore the weekly Markets, or Avignon's historic heritage. Hiking and biking enthusiasts will find the mythical Mont Ventoux nearby, while others will enjoy the Monteux Water Park.
