Beautiful semi-detached holiday rental for 6 people, set in an 18th-century farmhouse. Accessed by a dozen or so steps, you'll find a comfortable, spacious and well-equipped cottage, with a view that stretches far out over the surrounding Countryside.

There are 2 terraces: 1 of 12 m² to the north and 1 of 9.31 m² near the Piscine. Unenclosed plot of 4600 m². Garden furniture, barbecue.

30 meters from the Holiday cottage, a large swimming pool (12x6, depth 1.20 to 1.55 m, open last week from May to end of September) shared with the owners and secured with an electric shutter + barrier (possibility of renting bath towels: €5 each).

First floor: living/dining room/kitchenette (TV, DVD player, CD player, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso).
1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed) with mezzanine (1 x 90x190 bed). 1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed) with mezzanine (1 x 90x190 bed), baby bed. Bathroom with shower, bath, two washbasins and toilet. Separate toilet.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom accessible from bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190).

Heating: heat pump: flat rate of €50/week. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning: €75

With direct access to a small country road, you can plan walks or bike rides starting from the Holiday cottage. Small stream on the property.

You can also visit the Vaison-la-Romaine Market and the listed village of Séguret, and for wine-lovers, a visit to the cellars of Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Beaumes-de-Venise.
