Perched on the hills above the charming village of Rasteau, this beautiful detached house offers an exceptional panoramic view of the Haut-Vaucluse plain and the majestic Mont Ventoux. An ideal setting to recharge with family or friends, in the heart of the renowned Côtes-du-Rhône Vineyards.

Fully fenced, the property features a pleasant outdoor area perfect for relaxation. You’ll enjoy a private 3.50 m x 7 m Piscine, open from June through September and secured by an alarm system as well as a safety cover with support bars. Outdoor furniture, a shaded dining area under an arbor, and private parking in front of the holiday cottage round out the outdoor amenities.

On the ground floor, the house features a spacious, bright living area with tasteful decor. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, and pod coffee maker. An adjoining pantry with a sink, freezer, storage, and washing machine makes it easy to stay organized. The dining area opens onto a comfortable lounge area with a sofa and armchair. (Books and board games are available.) Wi-Fi.

This level also features two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed and the other with a 160 cm double bed. A bathroom and a separate toilet with a sink complete this floor.

Upstairs, a cozy living room with a large sofa and TV invites you to relax. A third bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, as well as a bathroom with a toilet, are also located on this level.

For the comfort of young children, a baby bed and a high chair are available. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the locked garage, where bikes can be stored safely.

From the holiday cottage, set out to explore the magnificent landscapes of the Vaucluse thanks to the many hiking trails and bike routes that crisscross the surrounding area. Wine enthusiasts can visit the cellars and vineyards of Rasteau, a village renowned for its exceptional wines. With its blend of nature, heritage, and fine dining, this location is an ideal starting point for exploring Provençal villages, the Dentelles de Montmirail, Mont Ventoux, and the treasures of the Haut-Vaucluse.

The owners offer rentals of bed linens and bath towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. Barbecue and electric griddle included.
