Perched on the heights of the charming village of Rasteau, this beautiful detached house offers exceptional panoramic views over the Haut-Vaucluse plain and the majestic Mont Ventoux. The property is fully fenced and offers a pleasant outdoor space for relaxation. You'll enjoy a 3.70 m x 7 m private swimming pool, open from June to September and secured by an alarm and bar cover. Garden furniture, a shaded dining area under an arbour and private parking in front of the Holiday cottage complete the outdoor facilities. On the first floor, the house reveals a large, bright and tastefully decorated living room. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and pod coffee maker. An adjoining pantry with sink, freezer, storage and washing machine makes it easy to organize the living area. The dining area opens onto a comfortable sitting area with sofa and armchair (books and board games available). There are also two bedrooms on this level: one with a 140 cm double bed, the other with a 160 cm double bed. A shower room and separate toilet with washbasin complete this floor, and a pleasant living room with large sofa and TV invite you to relax. A third bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a shower room with WC are also located on this level. For the comfort of younger guests, a baby bed and high chair are available. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the enclosed garage for safe storage of bicycles, and from the Holiday cottage you can explore the magnificent Vaucluse countryside on the many hiking and cycling trails that criss-cross the surrounding area. Wine lovers can visit the cellars and wineries of Rasteau, a village renowned for its exceptional wines. A blend of nature, heritage and gastronomy, this is an ideal base from which to explore the villages of Provence, the Dentelles de Montmirail, Mont Ventoux and the riches of the Haut-Vaucluse region.
