L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is nicknamed "Venice of Provence", with numerous antique and home decoration stores lining the Sorgue, and a renowned Sunday Market.
All around, the villages of Velleron, Pernes-les-Fontaines, Saumane and Fontaine-de-Vaucluse are worth a visit! On one level, the house can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people, thanks to its two bedrooms (2 beds 90x200cm and 1 bed 140x190cm), one of which has a ceiling fan, and a third small bedroom equipped with a sofa bed 140x190cm. The bathroom with WC is specially adapted to accommodate a person with reduced mobility, as are the width of the doors throughout the house. You'll enjoy an air-conditioned living room with an open, functional kitchen, well-equipped for preparing meals in style (refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher...). A ceiling fan is also installed in the living room above the dining table for optimum comfort in summer. A pellet stove is available for cooler weather. The living room has a sofa, flat-screen TV and direct access to the 2nd courtyard. The house's wooden shutters are equipped with an electric opening/closing system. Outside, there are 2 distinct areas: - A gravelled courtyard with covered terrace and garden furniture, barbecue and private parking for 3 cars (electric gate); - A second courtyard planted with trees, with garden furniture and clothesline. Pets are welcome (with a supplement of €20 per week), droppings collection compulsory. A garage with electric door for your bikes, with washing machine and freezer is at your disposal.
