Situated just a few minutes from the village of Sérignan du Comtat, on an organic winegrowing estate, our traditional Bastide and its facilities will be perfect for your family or friends get-togethers.

With a total surface area of around 200 m², the house can accommodate up to 8 people and comprises :

A fully equipped kitchen
A cozy living-dining area for relaxing moments,
4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
3 bedrooms with double beds (1 bedroom with direct outside access)
1 bedroom with twin beds (accessed via the bathroom)


And let's not forget the exterior, comprising a 550 m² courtyard and around 1,200 m² of unfenced garden, which is sure to win your heart:

In the morning, sip your coffee on one of the terraces while the Kids enjoy the garden;
In the afternoon, relax by the incredible Roman pool, 12.70 m in diameter and 1.80 m deep, protected by a fence - open from mid-June to the end of September,
Or enjoy a siesta in a deckchair in the shade of the trees, with the cicadas as your neighbors;
In the evening, enjoy a barbecued meal on the second terrace...

You'll also have several parking spaces at your disposal (closed by an electric gate) for a peaceful stay.
