Alarm-protected, the Piscine (11 x 3.5m) is open from 15/04 to 31/10 and heated in mid-season.)

A private 30 m² terrace to the north, shaded by a parasol and equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture.
The land is shared with the owners, and private parking for 3 cars is available.

First floor: living room with open-plan kitchen: sofa, flat-screen TV, wifi, table and 6 chairs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee maker...

2 bedrooms including 1 with shower room: 3 beds 90x190cm (double bed possible), 1 with bed 160x200cm, baby bed on request.
