Large 1200 m² enclosed garden with trees and an alarm-protected swimming pool (8x4, 1.60 m deep, open from June 1 to September 30) shared with the owners. Relaxation area with boules pitch and ping-pong table. Private 33 m² west-facing terrace and 10 m² covered terrace with electric barbecue. Garden furniture. Private 200 m² garden.

Holiday cottage 45 m² with bedroom (bed 160x200), cot and baby bath. Kitchenette (Nespresso coffee maker, traditional coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, hob and electric oven). Living room (TV, DVD player, MP3 player, radio). Bathroom with toilet.
