Enjoy a 15 m² gravel terrace to the northwest, with stone table and bench, for lunch or dinner, with a beautiful view of the vineyards and surrounding Countryside. Enclosed plot of 100 m². Garden furniture, barbecue. On-site parking available.

You'll find an open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, 3 induction hobs) opening onto a dining room with sofa and TV.
Upstairs is a mezzanine with 1 x 160cm bed, a shower room/wc (washing machine).
