Access to the Holiday cottage is quick and easy, served by the departmental road n°67 at the edge of the property. Vehicles can be parked in the enclosed courtyard. A garage is also available.


This spacious Semi-detached house has been completely renovated.

The living rooms on the first floor:
-air-conditioned dining/living room (TV), bathed in light thanks to bay windows.
-Fully equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher).

First floor,
A spacious air-conditioned hall leads to 4 bedrooms (2 beds 160x200, and 4 beds 90x200, baby bed, TV in each room). Shower room with WC.

A 270 m² private courtyard, fully enclosed, with lawn area. Trampoline, boules available. 50 m² south-facing terrace. Garden furniture, barbecue. Garage.

Private Piscine (8x4m, 1.40 m deep) open from July to September, enclosed by a fence with secure gate and pool shelter. The latter maintains a pleasant temperature for swimming. A shower and toilet have direct access to the Piscine. Sun loungers available.

Bed linen, towels and household linen included.

Vineyards are part of the surrounding landscape, and prestigious appellations such as Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes are places to discover. There's plenty of walking and cycling on offer too.
