You'll be seduced by the charm of this beautiful new detached house, with an exceptional view of Mont Ventoux, halfway between Beaumes de Venise and Aubignan.
Perfectly furnished and equipped, its meticulous decoration was created by Virginie, who will welcome you and suggest a thousand and one ideas to make your stay an excellent one.
Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, this privileged setting is ideal for a dream vacation, with the changing colors of the Ventoux from sunrise to sunset. Set in 1 unenclosed garden of 1300 m². At your disposal: 2 terraces (24 m² and 27 m²), 1 of which is covered with garden furniture and a wrought-iron table for 8 people for lunch in the shade.

HEATED PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL from mid-April to mid-October (8x4, 1.45 m deep) secured by a bar cover and closed from November to March. Bowling green and 2 private parking spaces.
Situated in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône vineyards and close to the owners' home, it's the ideal starting point for Hiking or cycling tours.
PRIVATE, SHELTERED SPA FOR 6 WITH VENTOUX VIEW
First floor: air-conditioned dining/living room/kitchenette (TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher). 1 bedroom with retro bath and shower (160x200 bed). Washing machine and dryer in laundry room. WC with washbasin.
Under the staircase: 1 reading corner with books on decoration, gastronomy and nearby sightseeing.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 - 3 beds 90x200 or 1 bed 180. (on request). Shower room. Separate WC. Bed linen and towels provided. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning: €100. Baby bed, high chair and bath (on request).
Beds ready on arrival. ALL linen provided.
On-site connection for electric vehicle (fast-charging station).

Magnifique maison dans un endroit calme. La vue est époustouflante !
Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée en cette fin octobre, début novembre.
Nous avons eu un temps magnifique.
Je remercie particulièrement les propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux, tant pour nous que pour nos enfants,
Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous pendant toute la durée de notre séjour, tout en se faisant très discrets.

Stefandco Superbe séjour dans la nature
Nous avons passé une super semaine tous les 5 dans ce lieu magnifique, maison impeccable tout confort avec panorama depuis le canapé qui offre une vue incroyable sur le Mont Ventoux et la campagne à perte de vue.
Tout le monde a bien apprécié le jacuzzi pour se délasser en fin de journée, après un petit plouf dans la piscine.
On n’a qu’une envie c’est d’y retourner !

La maison est impeccable, avec une vue magnifique. La région est une beauté à visiter. Les propriétaires qui habitent à coté sont extrêmement gentils et attentifs à tout ce dont vous avez besoin.

Pour la sixième année consécutive, nous avons séjourné dans ce superbe gîte, et cela demeure une expérience mémorable. La vue sur le Mont Ventoux est époustouflante et chaque matin, nous sommes émerveillés par le panorama saisissant de ce paysage grandiose.
Le gîte est soigneusement entretenu, avec une grande méticulosité accordée aux détails et au confort, donnant l'impression de revenir chez soi à chaque visite. L'atmosphère est chaleureuse et accueillante, grâce aussi aux fantastiques hôtes, qui rendent chaque séjour encore plus spécial. Ils sont toujours disponibles, amicaux et serviables, sans jamais être intrusifs.
Il est honnêtement difficile de trouver encore des superlatifs pour décrire cette maison de vacances. Chaque année, ils dépassent nos attentes et nous sommes impatients de revenir l'année prochaine. C'est vraiment un joyau de la Provence où vous voudrez revenir encore et encore !

Staying at the Côté Ventoux was the best holiday... for the fourth time in a row. We come back repeatedly. The reason is not only a beautiful house, comfortably equipped and tastefully decorated, fine swimming pool and amazing view of Mt. Ventoux (that you can't take your eyes off), but also the hospitality and warm welcome of the owners.
