Adjoining the owners' villa, this gîte is a cosy little nest overlooking the swimming pool.

With a private entrance and a sheltered parking space, you'll be completely independent during your stay.
The terrace overlooks the garden and swimming pool shared with the owners.

A private pool-house is at your disposal, featuring a summer kitchen with barbecue/plancha, garden and lounge furniture, as well as a toilet and shower.
The shared pool (8x5m, 1.50m deep) is alarmed and open from May to September, but not heated.

Inside, the air-conditioned, underfloor-heated living room features a fully-equipped kitchenette with central island, oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, 2 hotplates, small appliances...
Living/dining area with sofa, flat-screen TV, table and 4 chairs, wifi.

The house has 1 bedroom on the first floor, air-conditioned, with a 160x200 cm bed, and 1 attic bedroom on the 1st floor, air-conditioned, with 2 90x190 cm beds and velux window.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washing machine and hairdryer. Separate toilet with washbasin.

Pets are not accepted. Everything is included in the rental price (sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, air conditioning). Electric vehicle charging station 1.5 km away (Lidl, Super U).

This gîte is ideally located for visiting Vaison-la-Romaine, its archeological site, its ancient theater - over 2,000 years of open-air history to discover!
Just 700m on foot from the historic center, you can wander through the narrow streets of the old village and climb up to the castle. From here, an exceptional view awaits you.
