A lovely 15 m² covered gravel terrace facing south/west and a lovely 1500 m² shared garden with trees and lawn. Private, enclosed on-site parking.

Shared fenced pool + shelter (9x4, depth 1.10 to 2.20 m, open June to September 10am to 8pm), with shaded areas for relaxing and resting. Shared barbecue, wrought-iron garden furniture.

First floor: dining/living room/kitchenette (TV, microwave, dishwasher). Wi-fi. Washing machine in boiler room. Shower room. Separate toilet.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90x190, 1 bed 160x200, crib).

City gas heating: flat rate of €50/week. End-of-stay cleaning possible. Bicycle garage. Electric car charging station 200 m away.

Numerous tourist sites nearby (Orange, Carpentras, Avignon...). Enthusiasts can visit the many wineries on the Wine Route, while others can take advantage of the water sports available in Monteux (leisure center).
