Air-conditioned detached house nestled among the vineyards with a view of Gigondas

Nestled in the heart of the Gigondas vineyards, on a peaceful farm, this fully air-conditioned house invites you to enjoy an authentic getaway in Provence. From the terrace, let yourself be enchanted by the breathtaking view of the hilltop village of Gigondas, located just 2.2 km away, while the vineyards stretch as far as the eye can see.

Ideally located on the Wine Route, the house serves as a prime starting point for exploring the famous wines of Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Beaumes-de-Venise, and Cairanne, as well as the splendid trails of the Dentelles de Montmirail, just a few kilometers away.

You’ll enjoy a private gravel courtyard of about 300 m², surrounded by greenery and designed for relaxation: a dining area, barbecue, umbrella, lounge chairs, foosball table, and pétanque balls. On-site parking is available, with a shaded carport for one vehicle.

The ground floor features a cozy living room with two sofas, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, extendable table, and six chairs). A storage room is also available for storing your bicycles.

Upstairs, three cozy bedrooms feature two double beds (140 × 190 cm) and two single beds (110 × 190 cm). You’ll have access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

To ensure a stress-free stay, bed linens, towels, and end-of-stay housekeeping are included. Two pets are welcome. Minimum stay of 2 nights.
