Situated between Avignon and Villeneuve-les-Avignon, between the two arms of the Rhône, Ile de la Barthelasse is a veritable jewel of greenery, just a few kilometers from the historic center of Avignon.
From here, it's easy to explore the orchards and banks of the Rhône, on foot or by bike (Via Rhôna).

This typical Barthelasse island house is on the 1st floor and comprises an air-conditioned living room shared with the owner, with kitchen, relaxation area and dining area.

The shared swimming pool (10x4m, progressive depth from 1.20m to 1.50m) is alarm-protected and open from early June to late September.
The 6000m² enclosed grounds are not overlooked. The shaded terrace on the garden level, with its lounge, is the perfect place to relax.

On the 1st floor, the living room opens onto a 15m² balcony terrace with retractable awning and garden furniture. Weather permitting, breakfast is served here.
Shared living/dining area with fireplace, TV, sofa, armchair, wifi and library.
In the kitchen, a space in the fridge is reserved for you, as well as access to microwave, coffee maker and kettle.

The 11 m² air-conditioned bedroom has 2 windows overlooking the garden, a 160x200cm bed (which can be separated into 2 80x200cm beds), dressing room. Cot available on request.
Your private bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, hairdryer, towel dryer and washing machine is not adjoining and is accessible via the corridor, as is your independent private toilet.

Continental breakfast: bread, butter, jam, croissant, pain au chocolat, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, freshly squeezed fruit juice.
In case of intolerance or allergy, the owner will adapt to your request.

Secure parking with electric gate. No pets allowed.
Enclosed room for 2 bicycles with 16V plug for charging (bicycle reception).
Electric recharging station 3.5km away.
