Adjoining the owners' house, a parking space is available in their garden, which is enclosed by an electric gate.
Attractive 30 m² east-facing terrace, private and not overlooked, with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and parasol. A small local road passes in front of the house.

On the first floor, the living room comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (oven/microwave, dishwasher, 2 gas burners, fridge, extractor hood, pod coffee maker and small appliances) and a sitting area with flat-screen TV, sofa, table and 2 chairs. Wifi access.
Upstairs is the air-conditioned bedroom with: 1 bed 140x190 cm and en-suite shower room (shower cubicle, washbasin, towel dryer and hairdryer) and separate toilet.

Underfloor heating on first floor and reversible air-conditioning upstairs.
End-of-stay cleaning service available (€25). Sheets and towels included. Baby bed available on request.
