Between Carpentras and Bedoin, close to Mont-Ventoux and just 30 minutes from Avignon, you'll be protected from the summer crowds in a privileged setting.

Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by vineyards and set in enclosed grounds of approx. 2000 m², this pretty, detached, single-storey villa has been completely renovated by Lori and Christophe. A small swimming pool (4x2.5 m, depth 1.60, alarm-protected, open from May to September) is for your exclusive use.

The living room features a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, fridge, freezer, small appliances, a dining area with table and 4 chairs, and a sitting area with fireplace, flat-screen TV, armchair, sofa bed (sleeps 2), wifi.
The house has 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm with access to the terrace and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x200cm with access to the garden. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a washbasin and a towel warmer. Pets allowed free of charge (60kg max.), fully enclosed grounds (wall and fence), closed garage for bikes, roof boxes, suitcases, etc. Bed linen and towels included. Cleaning at the end of your stay, heating in winter and air conditioning in summer are extra. Electric vehicle charging station available 3 km away Christophe and Lori have set up an LPO refuge to provide a home for many species of birds. Outside you'll find little wooden cabins in the olive groves, and inside you'll find documentation including a booklet listing all the bird species you can observe during your stay. It's possible to rent the neighboring Holiday cottage (84G4060) in addition, for a maximum capacity of 16 people.
