Set in 700 m² of enclosed grounds, Christophe and Lori open the doors to this carefully renovated, unoverlooked villa.
Stroll around the private Piscine (9x4m, progressive depth from 0 to 1.80m, open from May to September, alarm-protected) and relax to the sound of cicadas and birdsong.
Inside, you'll find 1 bright, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, small appliances). 1 living room with 2 3-seater sofas and 1 armchair, flat-screen TV, wifi and 1 dining room seating 10. 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and wc
The 4 bedrooms are as follows:
- 1 master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, 1 sitting area with sofa bed (can accommodate 2 people), 1 bathroom with shower and bath, 1 separate toilet and all with direct access to the garden and Piscine.
- 1 large bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, reading corner and access to the terrace.
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 + baby bed.
A garage is available for storing bikes, roof boxes, trailers, etc.
Pets allowed free of charge (60 kg max.), the property is fully enclosed (wall and fence).
Bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning at the end of your stay, heating in winter and air conditioning in summer are extra. Electric vehicle charging station available 3 km away.
Christophe and Lori have set up an LPO refuge to welcome many species of birds. Outside you'll find little wooden cabins in the olive trees, and inside you'll find documentation including a booklet listing all the bird species you'll be able to observe during your stay.
It is possible to rent the neighboring Holiday cottage (84G4261) in addition, for a maximum capacity of 16 people.

PR38 Séjour de rêve
Gîte magnifique, l'ameublement et la décoration sont soignés autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Il est très agréable même en pleine chaleur. Il ne manque rien.
Le site est remarquable au calme près des vignes ave de magnifiques petits villages a visiter à proximité.
La piscine est régulièrement nettoyée pendant le séjour.
Que dire des propriétaires ... professionnels, disponibles, discrets, adorables, toujours prêt a partager des informations sur la région et des bons plans, soucieux de nôtre bien -être : si je pouvais je mettrai la note de 10 !

Même si l'eau de la piscine était un peu froide à notre goût, nous avons profité d'un séjour parfait.

Claudio & Susanne Super freundlich, naturnah, ruhig und sehr privat
Lori und Christoph sind ausserordentliche Gastgeber. So viel Herzlichkeit erlebt man nur selten.
Das Haus ist komplett eingezäunt und der Garten ist nicht einsehbar. Es bietet alles, was man braucht und ist sauber. Der Pool bietet Abkühlung an heissen Tagen. Er wird alle zwei Tage von den Besitzern gereinigt - sie achten dabei darauf, die Gäste nicht zu stören.Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb an einer Hauptstrasse. Der Garten hat einen Hinterausgang, von welchem man durch ein kleines Wäldchen direkt zu einer grossen Fläche mit Reben kommt. Optimal für kurze Gassi-Runden mit Hunden. Insgesamt ist alles sehr naturnah. Es ist ruhig - es hört nur die unzähligen Vögel. Die Palette von unterschiedlichen Vogelarten ist unglaublich. Die Vögel besuchen auch den Garten immer wieder mal. Wir hatten das Glück, einen Wiedehopf begrüssen zu dürfen - unvergesslich.
Aufgrund der Lage eignet sich das Haus ausgezeichnet als Basis für Ausflüge. Ein Auto ist nötig (dafür gibt es auch eine Garage auf dem Gelände).
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder mal hierher zurückzukommen.
