Welcome to la maison des amis. Patricia welcomes you to her Semi-detached house in the hills above Chateauneuf-de-Gadagne.

The fully air-conditioned villa opens onto a courtyard with a 200 m² enclosed garden. It features a 2.5x4, alarm-protected, year-round laundry-style refresher pool and a private, year-round heated Jacuzzi. Garden furniture, barbecue.

On the ground floor, the villa features a master suite (bed 160x200), a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bright living room (TV) and a modern kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker...).
Upstairs are two bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 90x200) and a bathroom with toilet.

Possibility of parking 1 vehicle in front of the entrance and two vehicles in a parking lot in the immediate vicinity of the house.
Depending on weather and traffic, the nearby road (D901) can be heard.

Chateauneuf-de-Gadagne is 15 minutes from Avignon and L'isle-sur-la-Sorgue. It's an ideal Location for exploring the Luberon, Alpilles and Ventoux regional parks, as well as the Camargue and Marseille. The village boasts comfortable facilities, including Kids' parks, various walking and cycling trails, and outdoor sports facilities (pétanque and fitness trail).
Stroll through the narrow streets of the old town center, amid fountains and historic porches. Or take a seat at one of the renowned restaurants within walking distance of the house. A 7-minute walk away, you'll find all the shops you need (bakery, mini-market, post office, pharmacy), as well as charging points for electric vehicles. The village's wineries will help you discover the Côtes du Rhône.
