On a several-hectare farm still in use, you'll be 5 minutes from a shopping center and tramway, making it easy to reach Avignon city center in just a few minutes, its mythical Festival, the Palais des Papes, the Pont d'Avignon and its museums, theaters, cinemas...
Annie and Jean-François open the doors of this small house, which can accommodate up to 4 people + 1 baby.

The fully-equipped kitchen is spacious and luminous, with large windows opening directly onto the surrounding countryside. You'll find everything you need for cooking: oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, pod and filter coffee maker...
The living room with TV can be transformed into a bedroom in the blink of an eye, with a removable partition and a convertible sofa for 2 (140x190cm).
The bedroom has a 140x190cm bed, a desk and a wardrobe. Baby bed with mattress available.
The bathroom has a shower, towel rail and vanity unit, and a separate toilet.
Laundry room with washing machine and cleaning kit.

Outside, a large private terrace surrounded by vegetation allows you to retain your privacy and enjoy the outdoors in all seasons. The rest of the property is shared with the owners and secured by an electric gate. A parking space is reserved just in front of the house. Table tennis available.

Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning optional. Pets not allowed (hunting dogs are kept in a kennel on the property). Electricity recharging point 2km away.
