Au Mas

Located in the heart of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape vineyards, 4km from Orange and its ancient theater, this charming, fully-renovated 40 m² studio is on the first floor of the Mas Julien guest house outbuilding.

Facing due south and west, you'll appreciate its bright, air-conditioned living room featuring a sleeping area with queen-size memory foam bed (160x200), closet and chest of drawers, as well as a sitting area with flat-screen TV, two armchairs, a dining area on the veranda with unobstructed view over the garden, equipped with a high "mange debout" table, and a fully-equipped kitchen with combi oven, hob, dishwasher and dolce gusto espresso maker.

A double French window opens onto the private terrace shaded by the plane tree, with garden furniture and deckchairs. A separate laundry room features a washing machine, ironing board and dressing room.

The large, natural-stone bathroom features an Italian-style shower and direct access to a private outdoor area with an outdoor shower and private Jacuzzi for two (only available from April to October).

Much more than a gîte, the "Au Mas" studio gives you access to the common areas of the chambres d'hôtes: its 12x6m swimming pool, covered in mid-season and heated to 28 degrees, its 5000m² wooded park, its pétanque and badminton courts. So many places to meet and socialize.

Located at the gateway to Provence, Mas Julien is ideal for quick access to the main tourist sites (Avignon, Le Luberon, Mont-Ventoux, les Dentelles de Montmirail, les Alpilles, la Camargue...).
