Enclosed Piscine (3.8 x 9, 1.50 m deep, open from 12/05 to 30/10), shared with owners, 25 m² east-facing terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. on-site parking.

2 bedrooms, 1 of which has a 6 m² terrace (2 single beds (90cm) and 1 double bed (160/200cm)), bed, bath and baby chair. Sitting area (flat-screen color TV), living room/kitchenette (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher). Shower room (with hairdryer). WC. Reversible air conditioning + electric convectors.

Flat-rate heating charge of €30/week. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning: €80.

Wifi available in living room and on terrace.

A natural, unspoilt site at the confluence of the Toulourenc, Ouvèze and Aygue rivers, with a natural mini-dam for swimming and relaxing.
