In a small Provencal village 10 km from Vaison la Romaine, in the Countryside, detached 1930s house completely rebuilt in 2011, tastefully furnished and fully equipped.
Enclosed Piscine (3.8 x 9, 1.50 m deep, open from 12/05 to 30/10), shared with owners, 25 m² east-facing terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. on-site parking.
2 bedrooms, 1 of which has a 6 m² terrace (2 single beds (90cm) and 1 double bed (160/200cm)), bed, bath and baby chair. Sitting area (flat-screen color TV), living room/kitchenette (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher). Shower room (with hairdryer). WC. Reversible air conditioning + electric convectors.
Flat-rate heating charge of €30/week. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning: €80.
Wifi available in living room and on terrace.
A natural, unspoilt site at the confluence of the Toulourenc, Ouvèze and Aygue rivers, with a natural mini-dam for swimming and relaxing.

PANDA QUIETUDE ENTRE LES VIGNES
Gite très bien situé dans la nature et le calme proche du village.
Propreté du gite impeccable, bien entretenu et très bien équipé.
Parking à côté direct du gîte.
Piscine située à quelques mètres en contre bas du gîte (dommage qu'il n'y ai pas une vue directe sur la piscine).

Les deux anglais Paradis
