Very independent, well-appointed Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house, with 12 m² east-facing terrace and 180 m² enclosed, shady garden with lawn. Parking space. Garden furniture. 3-ramp gas barbecue and electric plancha.
Private heated Piscine (7.3 m x 3.6 m - 1.50 m deep) open from May 15 to October 15 (heated to 24°C minimum).
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 x 160cm beds, 2 x 120cm beds). Shower room. Separate WC. Baby bed and chair. Bluetooth radio, reversible air-conditioning in each room.
First floor: kitchen (induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer). Dining/living room (102 cm flat-screen color TV, DVD player, radio). Shower room with WC. Electric heating. Reversible air conditioning on first floor and in each bedroom.
Garage for bikes, motorcycles and 1 car.
Heating included. Free end-of-stay cleaning. Free Wifi.
Pets allowed with supplement of €40/week.
On-site electric socket for electric car with meter reading (consumption).
Beaumes-de-Venise is just a few kilometers from Carpentras, at the foot of the southern slopes of the Dentelles de Montmirail.

Avec passion, j'ai entrepris la rénovation des dépendances de cette ancienne ferme de vigneron où vivaient mes grands parent paternels et j'ai décidé d'en faire une location de vacances. Le gîte est entouré de vigne en appellation Beaumes de Venise et d'arbres fruitiers en pleine croissance. Mon compagnon a exploité le vignoble et maintenant mais toujours partenaire de la cave des vignerons de Beaumes de Venise et de Vaqueyras. J'ai enseigné en biotechnologie santé et environnement, l'entretien des locaux et des équipements en milieux sanitaire. C'est avec plaisir que je vous ferai partager mes endroits favoris et les bonnes adresses pour découvrir la Provence avec ses villages perchés, les itinéraires de balade à pieds, en VTT, en VAE, ou en moto. A bientôt au gîte l'Acacia.

Jonathan Such a charming owner
Martine was welcoming, charming, and made us feel very much 'at home' without ever being intrusive. She was flexible in her approach to arrival times, which helped us enormously, always happy to have a chat when we met, and her English made me ashamed of my stumbling French. The gite itself was pleasant, comfortable, not necessarily luxurious but providing all the facilities we needed, and within easy walking distance of the town, which has always been a pleasant place (we have visited many times over the years) and whih is now made even better by being the location for an excellent restaurant 'La Table de Balmes' and a very good Super-U. The pool was a great bonus and access is unrestricted, which suited us well. Car parking is simple and appeared secure enough. The road alongside the gite is more used than we had perhaps expected. We would return and we recommend the gite to any English visitors who want to experience le vrai France and a charming hostess.
