On an enclosed property, with a 3000m² communal garden planted with trees and lawns and with plenty of play equipment for the Kids, close to the owners' home (very discreet), a 100m² private garden just for you, not overlooked.

Its greatest asset is its private indoor swimming pool, heated to 30 degrees from late March to early November (10x5m, protected by lockable bay windows). It is equipped with numerous games for all ages. Sliding windows open onto large terraces. Delicious!

On one level, the house is well equipped and the living room is air-conditioned.
A pleasant terrace with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, pierrade de table, rocking chairs and chaise longues is just waiting for you!
