NEW FOR 2026! L'Annexe is a self-contained accommodation on the owners' property, ideal for a peaceful stay in Flayosc, in the heart of the Haut-Var region. Situated away from the main house by the swimming pool, the studio offers a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a couple's getaway or a relaxing break.
This bright studio has direct access to the garden. You'll enjoy a private terrace, perfect for breakfast in the sun and quiet moments at the end of the day.
Guests of the Annexe have access to the shared Piscine (4x8m; 1.5m deep, alarmed) with another Holiday cottage (G3267). There's also a common room with Jacuzzi, Sports hall and library. Overnight rentals available all year round! Free pets allowed (maximum 1). Table d'hôte dinner (€25/person) and breakfast (€10/person) available. Utilities included, bathroom linen, beds made on arrival and housekeeping package.

Main room with fully-equipped kitchen (4 gas hobs, electric oven, microwave, pod coffee maker, kettle and toaster ...) and dining area, a 160x200cm double bed with high-comfort mattress, TV with Netflix access, Prime Video. a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. WIFI and reversible air-conditioning. Shared with another Holiday cottage (G3267) a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Charcoal barbecue, gas plancha and pizza oven available.
