On the first floor of a house located in the Countryside, 1.5km from the Sea and the Beaches, in a peaceful setting on 1500 m² of land surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and pine forests. Sea view (Sanary-Bandol-La Ciotat). All water sports 1.5km away and Hiking to Cap Sicié and the Islands in all seasons. Private parking and entrance, carport. Large 37 m² private terrace with awning, garden furniture and deckchairs. First floor occasionally occupied by owner's family. Shared garden. Utilities included (electricity, heating)

Access to the Holiday cottage via an independent external staircase leading to the second floor and its large private terrace. The entrance is on the kitchen side, equipped with dining table and appliances, and the bright living room with Sea view. A corridor leads to the sleeping area with 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom and separate toilet. Oil heating. No overcrowding will be accepted. BED LINEN AND TOWELS PROVIDED !

    Séjour SIX FOUR LES PLAGES

    Grand gîte agréable avec tout ce qui est nécessaire.
    Au calme vue sur la mer et les monts environnants.
    Pas de soucis pour garer la voiture, appréciable sur la cote.

    Emplacement idéal

    Au calme. Aucun bruit la nuit. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer.Activités et commerces à proximité. Balades et restos sympas. Possibilité d'acheter le vin des propriétaires dans leur caveau. Beaucoup de beaux coins sans devoir rouler loin.

    très bon séjour

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Mme Brémond. Le gite est idéalement situé à proximité des sentiers du littoral, et à 20 minutes à pied des commerces et du port du Brusc, proche des plages. Idéal pour se détendre, en pleine nature. Mme Brémond a été arrangeante et nous a accueilli tard dans la soirée de samedi, avec un cadeau de bienvenue! Encore merci!

    Satisfaite

    grand gîte provençal typique, au calme et propre. Belle terrasse où on a pris nos repas le soir. Belle vue sur la campagne (oliviers, vigne, mer). Proche du port du Brusc, de la mer. Facilité pour se garer et sous abri (c'est un plus en période de forte chaleur). La famille est contente de son séjour. On gardera un bon souvenir de notre passage à Six-Fours.
