Welcome to Les Roches de Baudisset! Set in 2000 m² of landscaped grounds, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. South/south-west facing, 3 spacious bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms (Italian shower and WC), TV and WIFI await you upstairs; they are not suitable for Kids. Each room is insulated and air-conditioned, and features the effigy of an international artist. High-quality memory foam bedding. Reserved for adults seeking rest and tranquility. Breakfast is served under a magnificent bioclimatic pergola (individual table) overlooking the swimming pool (12x3-meter swim lane with integrated cover) and Countryside, or in the living room, weather permitting. To enhance your stay, fitness equipment, a pétanque court and a Spa (extra January 2026) are available. Electric vehicle charging station available (extra charge).
Particular attention has been paid to "greening" our bastide, with a brick construction principle and 140 mm wood wool thermal insulation. All bedroom partitions are double-skinned for enhanced acoustic insulation. The individual heating and air-conditioning system for each room is a ducted system that combines performance with silent operation. The bastide is protected from the sun by aluminum shutters and a perimeter bioclimatic pergola (80m²). In this way, we can manage light, sunshine and heat in the house. Water is treated for limescale by CO² injection. This system fights limescale infallibly, while preserving the minerals in the water and the environment through the absence of salt. A fully-equipped outdoor kitchen is at your disposal, as well as an outdoor Sports hall and a Spa (session subject to reservation). A 3 kW solar power system covers all primary needs, as do our 4m3 rainwater tanks for watering the trees.

The room is classic, elegant and exquisitely decorated with contemporary walnut furniture and original works by urban painter NIACK - www.instagram.com/niack_one/. Extremely welcoming, it creates a feeling of timeless comfort, ideal for special moments and a relaxing stay. Air-conditioned with a ductable system (very quiet), it features a 140x190 bed with a hybrid memory foam mattress by the brand "Emma", 2 bedside tables, 2 cupboards to store the contents of your suitcases, an armchair and a shelf for a TV set. The modern, contemporary walnut bathroom is spacious, with walk-in shower, storage chest of drawers, bench, hairdryer and separate toilet.

Audrey Petit coin de paradis
Séjour inoubliable, dans un cadre privilégié, au calme. Valérie et Pascal sont des hôtes très accueillants qui savent mettre à l’aise et qui connaissent parfaitement leur région. Ils ont à cœur de faire partager leurs petites adresse et lieux à ne pas manquer. Un petit coin de paradis à découvrir sans attendre.

Hôte inoubliable!
C'est un immense plaisir d'aider à faire découvrir à nos hôtes, notre belle Région de Provence.
Nous vivons dans un endroit magique au recul de l'agitation, au coeur de 9 villages perchés, mais néanmoins à moins de 25 kms de la mer.
Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre lieu. Il y a encore tant de randonnées à explorer, alors à la prochaine fois :-)

BUKN Erholsam und ruhig
Ein sehr ruhiges, erholsames Plätzchen von welchem aus man enorm viele Ausflüge unternehmen kann. Sightseeing von kleinen Dörfchen, Radfahren, Golfspiel und Wandern sind nahe. Die Cote d'Azur ist auch erreichbar fürnen Tagesausflug.
Das Gastgeberpaar ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Austausch mit ihnen war bereichernd.
Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen, da es in Gehdistanz kein Restaurant gibt. Lieferdienst gibt es jedoch diverse.
Das Bassin ist erfrischend und wird gut gepflegt. Das Frühstück beinhaltet regionale Produkte.- Cleanliness
