A full kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, pod coffee maker and Italian coffee maker... One bedroom with double bed 160x200cm and en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin and WC). A large bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm and 1 single bed 90x190cm. A corner shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. A veranda enclosed by large picture windows (overlooking the surrounding Forest) with a small lounge and exercise equipment (treadmill & elliptical). Possibility of a 6th person on request (single 90x190cm pull-out bed). From the terrace, access to a beautiful private Piscine (3x7m; depth 1.4m) secured by alarm and barrier. Outside July/August, pool can be heated on request and for a supplement payable directly to the owner. Unenclosed grounds. For stays of more than 2 weeks, an intermediate cleaning will be proposed.

Detached, single-storey Provencal farmhouse in the heart of the Forest in the private St Pierre de Tourtour estate. In this 250-hectare estate in the middle of the Forest in the Haut Var, you'll have access to a wide range of on-site facilities: sports fields (volleyball, pétanque, tennis), a large communal swimming pool (for the condominiums, key access from May to Sept.). Private on-site parking and fast-charging socket for electric vehicle. Table soccer, various outdoor games (rackets, bow and target...). Breakfast baskets for a minimum of 2 people can be ordered and delivered to the front door of the Holiday cottage that morning, and Provencal products can be purchased à la carte.
