Gas heating and air-conditioning in both bedrooms. Washing machine shared by the 2 Holiday cottages.

In an exceptional 1-hectare landscaped park at the foot of Roquebrune's red rocks, authentic 19th-century building near the owner, gîte in the building, shared gated swimming pool (8x5x0.9m-2.1m), deckchairs, enclosed grounds and shaded parking, private terrace with garden furniture. Quiet, ideal for family relaxation in green surroundings. Access by tarmac road through vineyards. Holiday cottage open in winter for minimum stays of 14 nights. Not suitable for young Kids as access is by stairs.
