Holiday cottage in France's 1st organic village

A renovated historic house in the Countryside, with 600 m² of land, a garage, a 40 m² paved patio with a fountain, and outdoor furniture. A private stretch of river 900 m long, 15 m from the holiday cottage (Swimming). The holiday cottage is located near Departmental Road 45, which leads to the village of Correns and the Vallon Sourn site. The house is set back from the road, with a meadow in front and boxwood shrubs and two plane trees that provide shade for the patio and the house. The holiday cottage is a typical old Provençal house with high windows that provide protection from the heat. It was renovated in 1980 after several years of use as housing for Spanish grape harvesters. It is supplied with water from a spring located on the hill opposite the holiday cottage. The renovation was carried out with the aim of preserving the Provençal character. Due to its proximity to the departmental road, traffic may bother some people, but the boxwood hedges block the view from the road. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2018–2019. The tile flooring in the living room-kitchen area and on the stairs has just been redone.
