Holiday cottage in France's 1st organic village

Renovated old house in the countryside, with 600m² grounds, garage, 40m² paved terrace with fountain, garden furniture. Private river 900m from the gite (swimming). The gite is close to the departmental road 45, which serves the village of Correns and the Vallon Sourn site. The house is set back from the road, with a meadow in front and box trees and two plane trees protecting the terrace and the house. The gîte is a typical old Provencal house with high windows to keep out the heat. It was renovated in 1980 after being used for several years to house Spanish grape-pickers. It is fed by a spring in the hillside opposite the gîte. The restoration was carried out with a view to preserving the Provencal character of the house. Due to its proximity to the main road, traffic can be a nuisance for some, but the box trees protect the view from the road. Renovation of the bathroom and kitchen in 2018-2019
