First floor: attractive fitted kitchen opening onto living room with sofa bed and wooden cot. First floor (access by spiral staircase): 1 bedroom on mezzanine with 1 double bed (140x200 cm) and en-suite shower room with WC, washbasin and shower (narrow shower inlet 40cm). Electric heating. Washing machine in an outbuilding near the terrace. A €40 cleaning deposit is required on arrival, and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the housework has been done.

For a pleasant stay where you can stroll in the garden or walk to La Péguière beach and Santa Lucia creek, just 500 m from the property. Shops and entertainment venues within walking distance. Just 2 km from the SNCF train station, whose tracks run along the Route de la Mer 80 m below, don't miss the train ride to Cannes, Nice, Menton and Ventimiglia in Italy. Gîte located in the eastern part of the owner's house, on a beautiful 1,600 m² property planted with trees and flowers, fully fenced, with private parking. Discreet and available owner. Covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, pleasant view of the vegetation. Numerous water sports activities, close to Forêt Domaniale de l'Estérel, Anthéor, Iles de Lérins.
