You have a private Location under the shade of trees for your car and a sheltered space for 1 or 2 motorcycles. Bicycles can be stored in a locked room. Ideal for vacations and Telework, the Cigalon gîte offers an all-inclusive service: utilities, household linen (table linen, bedding kit, towels), end-of-stay cleaning. Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house, who wish to let the tenant use the swimming pool privately. Entrance to the Holiday cottage is from the fully-equipped kitchen area, opening onto a living room with dining table, sofa, TV, Telework desk, private terrace and garden furniture. 1 double bedroom with 1 160X200cm bed, 1 shower room and WC, the mezzanine opens onto the living room and provides a 140x190cm double bed. Reversible air-conditioning in bedroom and living room, mosquito screens on windows, wood-burning stove with wood supplied for living room. Plancha, private Piscine access. Corporate stays accepted. Please note that the house rules for this rental property prohibit Kids who can't swim, as the terrace opens directly onto the Piscine, even though it is equipped with a protection system that complies with standards. Its use is reserved for guests for safety reasons. Breakfast is available on request and must be booked with your host.
