Pied à terre just 100 m from a magnificent sandy beach. 25m² 2-room apartment on the first floor of a 50s residence. On the edge of the village, within walking distance of all amenities. Possibility of renting G2853 (on the 1st floor of the same residence) for vacations with family or friends. The Bay of Cavalaire, bordered by beaches and protected by a wooded cirque of hills, is very popular with water sports enthusiasts. Numerous walks are possible along the coast and in the surrounding mountains. There's a car park next to the gîte, and shops and restaurants 60 m away. On your way back from the beach, enjoy the private terrace (5m²) with its small hedge. Peace and quiet appreciated by the residence's co-owners.

Nous vous remercions pour cette belle notation. La literie peut convenir différemment d'une personne à l'autre, selon les habitudes et sensibilités de chacun. Transalp Preiswerte Unterkunft für einen Standurlaub
positiv:
Terrasse geschützt, wenig Einsicht, Parkplatz in Sichtweite (ca. 5 m), Sonnenrollo schützt vor Sonne und Möven, gute Klimaanlage.
Wohnung sehr kompakt mit allem notwendigen (jedoch keine Spülmaschine)
Strand eher ca. 200 m entfernt, über eine Straße mit Zebrastreifen. Geschäfte, und viele Restaurants sowie Bäcker sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Bestuhlung und Tisch der Terrasse gut und stabil.negativ:
Toilette ist keine normale und daher mit viel Umsicht zu behandeln (vermutlich daher auch die hohe Kaution).Per Knopfdruck wird der Spül-, und Abpumpvorgang gestartet (Abwasserhebeanlage). Dusche extrem klein, mit Duschvorhang.
Sehr viele Stechmücken! Fliegengitter an Fenstern und ein Fliegengittervorhang an der Eingangstür würden hier helfen!Für einen Strandurlaub bei schönem Wetter, zu zweit ausreichend. Möblierung im Haus sehr niedriges Niveau.

Werner klein, fein, gemütlich
Der Empfang war unkompliziert und spontan.
In der kleinen Wohnung haben wir uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die Lage ist super, nah am Strand und dennoch ruhig (von den Motorrädern auf der Küstenstraße abgesehen).

Touristes Fr-comtois GITE LAURIER ROSE
Bonjour,
Nous avons apprécié la proximité du gite avec la mer et le centre ville; La possibilité du stationnement en proximité du gite, ainsi que les petits commerces de proximité.La localisatiuon est incontestablement le point fort de ce gite.
Le gite mérite toutefois d'être rénové: la salle de bain avec une douche fermée et un véritable WC isolé de la partie douche.
La literie serait également à changer et le four de la cuisine à remplacer. Bref, des travaux sont à envisager pour renforcer le confort du gite.La caution de 500 Euros me semble très excessive au regard des éléments de confort du gite.Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et le suivi de la centrale du VAR.

Bonjour,
Je suis ravie pour votre bon séjour dans notre région.
Je vous remercie pour vos conseils pour le gite effectivement le Four Combiné Micro-Ondes a dû être remplacé.
Tous les ans, nous améliorons le confort. Cette année, l'ensemble des peintures ont été refaites.
Mais il restera toujours un gite de vacances vu les contraintes architecturales de l'immeuble (années 60), le plombier ne peut fermer la douche au risque qu'une personne forte ne puisse l'utiliser mais un rideau de douche est présent et les réseaux ne permettent pas l'installation d'autres toilettes.
Le matelas est un Buldex 35 Kg de densité sur un sommier correspondant, le tout de 2019.
