The entrance to the gîte is on the first floor, next to the bedrooms and shower room. Go down the stairs to reach the main room and kitchen. First floor: kitchen opening onto living room, toilet, sitting area with TV, access to terrace. 1st floor: Entrance hall, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Shower room, wc, heated towel rail. Electric heating. Internet access in all rooms.

On the heights, exceptional view (Lac de Ste Croix), quiet, contemporary house with 4 adjoining gîtes. Communal grounds of 1900m² with terraces, shared swimming pool (11mx5mx1.4m open from May to September) secured by alarm, sun loungers, shared barbecue. Private terrace in front of gîte with garden furniture. 1 pet allowed. Parking space for 1 vehicle. Steep but passable access road.
