Fully air-conditioned, The holiday cottage features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a small balcony with a plancha grill, a comfortable living room that can accommodate up to 6 people, two spacious bedrooms—including a master suite—both equipped with air conditioning and a television, as well as two bathrooms. Its prime location puts Draguignan’s shops, restaurants, markets, and historic sites within walking distance. It’s also an ideal starting point for exploring Provençal villages, the vineyards of the Var, the Verdon Gorge, and the beaches of the French Riviera.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor and is spread over several levels. You’ll enjoy a spacious, air-conditioned living/dining room equipped with a sofa bed and a BZ sofa. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a balcony. The sleeping area includes: a master suite with a 200 × 200 cm double bed, a private bathroom, and a separate toilet; and a second bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed. The apartment also has Wi-Fi. A free public parking lot is available a few minutes’ walk away. For your safety, security cameras are installed outside the property. Bedding, towels, table linens, and end-of-stay housekeeping are included in the rate. Heating and electricity are also included.
