Housed in a 19th-century bastide, set in 2 hectares of grounds planted with olive trees, oak trees, lime trees, fruit trees and vines, with a beautiful unobstructed view of the surrounding Countryside. "La Chouette paisible" combines authenticity (exposed stone walls, kitchen with Salernes terracotta tiles) and modernity (wrought-iron mezzanine, etc.). Outside, a saltwater swimming pool (4x8m, 1.5 m deep, secured by barriers) shared with the owners (pool access from 9am to 8pm), pétanque court, private shaded terrace for meals, picnic facilities in the valley below. ALL INCLUSIVE: Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, central heating and end-of-stay cleaning included. Ceiling fan in living room. Storage space available for motorcycles or bicycles.

Entrance via 2 outside steps and an inside staircase (approx. 6 steps): bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), separate toilet, shower room (Italian shower, glass wall, washbasin, heated towel rail, hairdryer), living room with kitchenette (integrated mini oven with microwave, 4 gas hobs, fridge with freezer compartment), TV lounge area with 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs. Mezzanine with smoked glass walls (height 1.12m, not recommended for young Kids) and 2 single beds 90x200 cm. Unenclosed grounds of approx. two hectares, with shared Piscine and pétanque court, parking space directly in front of the Holiday cottage, free WIFI access. Just 900 m from the charming medieval village with its shops and municipal park at the foot of the limestone hills with their troglodytic caves. Ideas for day trips: Lake Sainte Croix, Gorges du Verdon, Valensole plateau, Provencal villages.
