This charming Sea-view Holiday cottage is located in the hills above La Croix-Valmer, in a quiet, privileged residential environment within a secure condominium. Residents benefit from high-quality communal facilities, including a large 25 m x 8 m (2.50 m deep) secure swimming pool and an 8 m x 4 m (0.80 m deep) Kids pool. The Piscine are open during the day until around 10 pm, from June to the end of September, with secure access by badge. For sports enthusiasts, four tennis courts are also available free of charge, upon reservation at the club house. Close to the Beach and all amenities, a free shuttle service is available for your convenience (from 1/06 to 30/10). An ideal place to combine relaxation, comfort and leisure.
First floor: well-appointed living room with sofa bed and open-plan kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi, shower room (Italian shower, WC). First floor: bedroom with double bed (160x200), 7 m² bedroom with trundle bed sleeping two (80x200 cm, adjustable to 160x200 cm), bathroom, WC. The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. Electric vehicle charging not permitted.

EB38 Agréable séjour dans le Var
Second séjour dans ce gîte que nous apprécions beaucoup.
Pour sa localisation (belle vue sur la mer dans un lotissement très calme et à proximité du bourg qui offre un bon choix de commerces et de restaurants, belles plages rapidement accessibles).
Pour la piscine commune du lotissement (super pratique avec les enfants).
Pour ses équipements et son confort (belle terrasse pour manger dehors, climatisation dans la pièce de vie et la chambre parentale, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner).
Seul petit bémol: chambre des enfants petite et pas climatisée, notre aînée a dormi dans le salon. Peut-être faudrait-il rajouter dans cette chambre au moins une moustiquaire neuve pour pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit, et un petit rideau occultant?- Cleanliness

BrianandGail Fourth visit
This was our fourth stay in the same gîte. We were given the usual very friendly welcome and everything looked perfect as in previous years. However, as the days wore on, it became obvious that there is need for refurbishment for it to remain as a high standard gîte. The fly screens, for example, were either in poor condition or gone completely. One evening was ruined when the smoke alarm, incomprehensibly, began to blare. We found one unit, but it had no battery. The noise continued. Eventually, after almost half an hour, we found the source - another alarm 'hidden' behind a box on a shelf! We would stay in this gîte again if necessary refurbishments were carried out.

HeHo Oase der Ruhe in La Croix-Valmer
Erneut wunderschöne Sommerwoche am Mittelmeer. Bereits viel Publikum in der Region, aber noch ohne Überfullung. Sehr schöne Strände, pittoreske Dörfer im Massif des Maures. Das Haus ist optimal für 2 Personen und perfekt eingerichtet. Einzigartiger Blick auf das Meer aus dem Schatten der grossen Pinie im Garten. Völlige Ruhe auch nachts. Empfang und Betreuung hervorragend; Aurélia ist die Liebenswürdigkeit in Person. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hans 11 Nice gîte with a splendid view
We have spent 2 weeks in this well equiped house. It is situated in the village of La Croix Valmer and has a garden with a splendid sea view. The region of the bay of St. Tropez has a lot to offer. The only remark about the house is that there are two staircases from the aparking to the kitchen/living and garden. So it is not fit for people with physical handicap.

HEH Zauberhafte Woche in La Croix-Valmer
Sehr kompetente und überaus freundliche, flexible Begleitung durch Aurélia. Gute mit persönlichem Standard der Besitzer, Ausstattung sehr komplett. Völlige Ruhe in der Nachsaison, individuelle Gestaltung der gesamten Anlage. Schöner großer Gemeinschaftspool, 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit hervorragender Bäckerei und Metzgerei. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
