Ground-floor villa owned by the owner: fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (flat-screen TV). One bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), bathroom with toilet. Wi-Fi, Electric heating. Pets allowed (provided they do not sleep on the beds or sofas). The washing machine is located in a utility room in front of the holiday cottage with a ceiling height of 140 cm.
Located in the hills of Mandelieu between the Sea and Lake St. Cassien, the holiday cottage is 200m from km 112 of the Route du Mimosa and at the starting point of walks leading to lush yellow forests. Set on a small farm that grows ornamental foliage and mimosa (visits to the plantations, the packaging workshop, and the mimosa greenhouse are available during the season).
For reservations for a 2-day weekend, the cleaning fee and linen fees are included in the price of the stay. Pet welcome: your pet is not allowed to get on the beds or the sofa

Ground floor of the owner’s home, located in the hills above Tanneron (200 m from the village). From December through March: cascades of mimosa trees create a landscape unlike any other in the world, highlighted by a festival in February. Grasse is 11 km away; Mandelieu and the Sea are 13 km away. Enclosed property, patio, plancha grill, patio furniture, panoramic terrace. Covered carport. Two outdoor security cameras are installed near the terrace to monitor the gate and the parking area, and on the building above the holiday cottage bedroom to monitor the driveway. They can be deactivated upon request.
