Sleeping area with a double bed (140x200cm) on a mansard-roofed mezzanine (approx. 9m², 6m² of which below 1.8 m high towards the back of the room at the level of the chest of drawers) with access via a miller's staircase. Reversible air-conditioning.

ELECTRIC BATTERY CHARGING OF ANY VEHICLE (car, bike, scooter.....) IS FORBIDDEN IN THE FLAT.
