Single-storey gîte with private parking in enclosed garden, entrance on ground floor: large, bright living room facing south on the garden to enjoy sunny days. Equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with dining table, sofa and TV. Separate toilet at the entrance. South-facing double bedroom with 160x200 cm bed and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin, north-facing double bedroom with 140x190 cm bed and en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.
NEW IN 2024! In a quiet location, with a pleasant, unobstructed view over the countryside, come and stay in this brand-new, air-conditioned detached house on a private, enclosed plot. WIFI fiber available. You'll be 15 minutes from Lac de St Cassien and the Siagne river, and 10 minutes on foot from the village of Montauroux. Further afield, you'll find the Terre Blanche golf course, the Fayence gliding center and the hilltop villages. The Côte d'Azur on one side, the Verdon on the other.
We look forward to welcoming you to the countryside, where you'll feel right at home for the duration of your stay. The trendy house has 2 bedrooms, each with its own shower room. An "eco-friendly" house: we're very careful with water, which is becoming increasingly precious, and with electricity consumption, and we're careful not to leave the bay windows open with the air conditioning on. Your pet is welcome to bring his or her own bedding so as not to climb on the sofas and beds. Private parking, barbecue. Linen provided.

CeRic Confort, calme et nature
Lieu très calme et très reposant, propice à la détente et au randos "nature", propice aussi à l'observation astronomique car peu de pollution lumineuse et vue bien dégagée.

JJG Super séjour à Montauroux
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Montauroux, idéalement placé pour visiter les villages perchés du pays de Fayence.
Location très confortable, propre et bien située dans un quartier calme.
Propriétaires très sympathiques, discrets mais toujours à l'écoute.

Les Sarthois Perché à Montauroux
Un superbe séjour de 15 jours dans un endroit calme et reposant .Ce gîte est très bien équipé avec un bon confort ( literie au top) et après les excursions dans la région sous la canicule,nous avons apprécié la climatisation pour se reposer.
Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute en cas de besoin.

Dan Le Bellevue
Le gîte est remarquable, l'accueil trés chaleureux de la propriétaire, l'intérieur est moderne et fonctionnel, deux salles de bains deux WC, deux chambres spacieuses, avec une vue imprenable sur les collines du Tanneron, le gîte à l'écart du village pas de bruit et une place à l'ombre sous les arbres pour garer son véhicule. Nous résevons des gîtes depuis de nombreuses années, dans différentes régions, celui-ci fait partie des plus appréciés.
