First floor: separate kitchen, living/dining room with fireplace and flat-screen TV. Ensuite shower room and bathroom with toilet. One bedroom with double bed (140cm) and chest of drawers (90cm) and one bedroom with double bed (140cm). Terrace with sunbathing area, not overlooked. Central heating, 30 euros per stere of wood (approx. 1 week's use). Pets allowed (as long as they don't sleep on the beds or sofas).

Exceptional view of the forest, in a 4-unit complex including 3 self-catering cottages, each with its own entrance, in a quiet country setting. Small private enclosed garden with barbecue, garden furniture and children's play equipment (swing, tree house, seesaw). From December to March, cascades of mimosa trees create a unique landscape, which you can enjoy while strolling through the owner's children's fields, or walking the signposted paths of the commune, which is at km 112 of the "mimosa route", a veritable symbol of the Côte d'Azur. Further afield, you'll find Grasse, the perfume capital 11 km away, with its rose festival in May and jasmine festival in August, the hilltop villages of the canton of Fayence, the Lac de St Cassien for fishing, swimming and other aquatic activities 10 km away, and the Côte d'Azur riviera and sea from Mandelieu 12 km to Menton.
