Located on a hillside in a quiet, tree-lined condominium complex. Spacious 33 m² studio with a full kitchen, high-quality finishes, and tasteful decor. It is located on the 3rd and top floor with ground-level entry at the rear of the building, with unassigned parking spaces near the entrance (the studio has its own private entrance), and another parking spot is located at the bottom of the building with access to the studio via an outdoor staircase. The decor is natural and serene, featuring a beautiful terrace overlooking the village and the port of St. Mandrier, a charming and authentic Provençal village. Close to the village beaches and just 10 minutes from Les Sablettes and the Tamaris coastal road. The condominium complex has an outdoor Piscine, which is accessible from June through September (according to the homeowners’ association policy, there is a fee in May, June, July, and August, as access is monitored—40 euros per week, payable to the owner or directly to the person in charge of pool access, who will provide you with a badge in exchange for a deposit). Entrance behind ground-floor building: air-conditioned studio with well-appointed kitchenette with wall-mounted sea-view table, living/bedroom area with double bed (160x200 cm), small relaxation area with pop-up armchairs, shower room with toilet. Small room with pull-out bed.

Véro & Serge Studio confortable
Petit meublé accueillant et fonctionnel, décoré avec goût, propre. Belle vue sur le port de St Mandrier depuis la terrasse balcon. Propriété calme, places de parking.
Je recommande cette location sans hésitation.

SossoVOSGES Parfait
Agréable petit gîte au calme avec grande terrasse au dernier étage d’une jolie résidence, superbe vue sur le port, la baie et les montagnes au fond.
Bien organisé, rien ne manque au niveau équipements, vaisselle et literie.
Le "bus maritime" super pratique au départ du port dans le bas du village permet de se promener jusque Toulon sans voiture.
Le sentier piétonnier très escarpé face aux rochers des "2 frères" est parfait pour qui aime la rando...

Alex Très bon séjour
Accueil et propriétaire très agréable. Logement parfait pour 2 voir 1 couple avec 1 enfant. Même si il n'y a pas de place de parking attribuée il est facile de stationner. Seul bémol toute les activités au sein de la copropriété sont payantes.

Merci pour cet avis ; il est vrai que la piscine est payante pour l'instant sur juillet /aôut. La copropriété emploie des surveillants d'entrée sur ces 2 mois et de ce fait payer l'accès aux locations saisonnière afin d'offrir un cadre agréable pour tous, justement je suis en réflexion pour la saison prochaine afin d'offrir une partie de l'accès supplémentaire piscine sur les séjour de minimum 2 semaines.
