Situated in a quiet residential area, this air-conditioned studio is on the ground floor of the owner's house, with no overlooking (cypress hedge), terrace with garden furniture, small enclosed private plot, Piscine shared with the owners and the 2nd Holiday cottage (10x5x1.60m) secured by alarm, with authorized opening hours from 10 a.m. to 7 a.m. Monday to Friday and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. For sports enthusiasts, a relaxation room with bike, treadmill and weight bench is available. NO OVERCAPACITY ACCEPTED. WIFI. OUTSIDE PARKING IN FRONT OF PROPERTY (access to Holiday cottage 10 steps). End-of-stay cleaning included. Bed linen and towels optional. Flat-rate heating charge of €40 in low season.

Un séjour très agréable.
Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement du début à la fin. Le gîte est très bien situé, le calme est agréable. La piscine est un plus pour se détendre sous le soleil du Sud. Un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer, nous recommandons ce gîte.- Cleanliness

vendéens vacances en couple au soleil
gite bien placé pour visiter la région,au calme; accès à la location quasi impossible pour des personnes ayant quelques difficultés à se mouvoir(en plus d'une bonne dizaine de marches,il faut passer sur queques gros cailloux si la pelouse est humide);personellement,pas de problème pour nous.

Nature Super gite
Propriétaires super sympa, très beau gîte je le recommande, il faisait très chaud dans la région heureusement qu'il y avait une climatisation à l'intérieur la piscine et de l'ombre sur la terrasse et dans la pelouse
